States initially receive funding, then provide funds to Water Utilities and/or Municipal and Other Eligible Entities. Tribes and Territories are also eligible to receive a portion of State Revolving Fund funds.
Program Description
Clean Water State Revolving Fund funding as described in the Clean Water State Revolving Fund program, with eligible projects limited to those that address emerging contaminants, such as PFAS.
Eligible Uses
States apply for a capitalization grant with no State match required. The States provide loans with principal forgiveness or grants to fund clean water infrastructure projects to address emerging contaminants, including PFAS. Further information will be forthcoming.
