Program Description
The National Driver Register (NDR) program is authorized under 49 U.S.C. Chapter 303. The NDR maintains the Problem Driver Pointer System (PDPS), a computerized database containing information on individuals whose privilege to operate a motor vehicle has been revoked, suspended, canceled or denied or who have been convicted of serious traffic-related offenses.
Eligible Uses
The purpose is to cover the NDR and PDPS operational costs.
