Program Description
The Territorial Highway Program supports the construction and improvement of a system of arterial and collector highways and necessary inter-island connectors.
Eligible Uses
Funds provided to the four territories may be used for projects eligible under the Surface Transportation Block Grant Program; preventive maintenance; ferry boats, terminals, and approach roadways; engineering, economic and planning studies; regulation and equitable taxation of highways; and research and development.
