Program Description The Tribal Broadband Connectivity Program provides grants for broadband infrastructure deployment; affordable broadband programs; distance learning, telehealth, digital inclusion efforts; and broadband adoption activities. The program was initially authorized by the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2021, Division N, Title IX, Section 905, Public Law 116-260, 134 Stat. 1182. The Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act provides an additional $2 billion to the Tribal Broadband Connectivity Program.
